This past week, Nate's sister Amy came to visit from Phoenix. It was so great to see her. She is such a fun gal. We didn't take any pics this weekend :(, so this is a picture that we had from Ryan's wedding weekend in May.
On Friday night, she took us and Melanie out to this Japanese restaurant downtown (thanks Mom for watching the kiddos!)- Mel and Amy had sushi, but I couldn't bring myself to try it! Just the thought of it makes me want to puke even now! Nate liked it though. It was a cool, fun atmosphere and I liked what I got - although I can't remember what it was called.Sunday was a family dinner. It was funny because Nate's dad was trying out chicken on a rotisserie and it wasn't ready in time for dinner - so we had a vegetarian dinner, then cake and ice cream (for Amy's Birthday earlier this month) then chicken after that.
All in all, it was a great weekend.
