Dinner Out!

Nate and I received a gift card to PF Chang's at my company Christmas party over 8 months ago. Because it is in BODO (trendy downtown Boise shopping/eating district) we thought it would be really busy, hectic, and would be a long wait so we never took the time to go use our gift card. Since I went part time at work, we are much more budget conscious and therefore haven't been out to dinner in what seems like forever. So we decided to (finally) use our gift card and spend a night out and enjoy being served some great food. The best part? My mom watched the kids! Oh, and the food was delicious! We highly recommend the lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef. We also ordered the wall of chocolate - big mistake - unless you are there with a group of 10! It was humongous, but so good. We brought the rest home to share with Owen. After 8 months, we're glad the gift card didn't have an expiration date!
