The Wiggles

I never (ever) thought that I would let my kid watch The Wiggles. I thought they were total morons for many reasons, however, I have changed my mind. Owen LOVES them! I like them too for a few reasons:

1. They encourage dancing, movement, and exercise (he doesn't just sit there while he is watching)
2. He has learned a lot from them (animal sounds, dance moves, and many words)
3. It is also entertaining when he does the dances while he isn't watching - the songs probably go through his head as much as they go through mine.
4. It also keeps him busy when I need to get something done...let's face it, TV is a great babysitter!

Therefore, I love the Wiggles! Enjoy this video of Owen, dancing...so cute. By the way, if you have Netflix, you can watch movies on your computer, instantly. Owen is watching Wiggles on the computer - this is great because he can watch it in the kitchen while I am cooking dinner, etc. Awesome feature!
