This weekend my mother-in-law and I went to "Idaho's Largest Garage Sale" at the fairgrounds. They basically rented out parking spaces to people who wanted to have a yard sale, so there was junk (treasures) as far as the eye could see. I picked up a few trinkets, but my favorite buys were the kids chair/couch (above). It is made of foam and folds out into a bed. I have been looking for one of these forever, but didn't want to pay full price ($35-$45). I picked this one up for $5! I also got a cute dollhouse for Audrey for $10, it is little tykes and came with furniture. Way cute. My buy of the century, though, was my patio umbrella. I got a great 9 foot patio umbrella for $5! I was literally going to buy one this weekend on sale for $39.99! I was pretty excited. I will show a pic of it later when Nate finishes the picnic table - hopefully this week.

Sounds like you made some awesome deals. I wish they had that sort of thing down here!!
I love bargains! My backyard playground is pretty much all from garage sales, the thrift store, or hand-me-downs. Can't bring myself to pay full price for anything! Nice work on those deals!
